Multi-Skilled Tradesperson (Bricklaying / Carpentry Focus)
We are a small, growing developer and contractor based in Cambridgeshire, delivering a range of high-quality construction projects across both residential and commercial sectors.
We are looking to work with a reliable and skilled multi-tradesperson, with core strengths in carpentry and/or Bricklaying, plumbing, plastering , to support our expanding workload.
About the Role
You will play a key role across a variety of projects including:
- Extensions
- Renovations and refurbishments
- Commercial fit-outs
- New builds
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the delivery of brickwork and/or carpentry elements of the project, while also supporting wider site activities where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality bricklaying and/or carpentry works
- Take ownership of relevant packages of work on site
- Assist with general site works where needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Work closely with the project manager and wider team to deliver projects efficiently
Additional Skills (Advantageous but Not Essential)
We are particularly interested in candidates who can also support in other areas when required, such as:
- Groundworks and underground drainage
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Basic plumbing
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in bricklaying and/or carpentry
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and a professional attitude on site
- Full UK driving licence preferred
