Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to security incidents, including alarms or suspicious activity, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Maintain detailed records of security activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
- Assist with emergency situations by providing first aid when necessary and coordinating with emergency services if required.
- Enforce company policies regarding access control and visitor management to ensure only authorised personnel are permitted entry.
- Collaborate with management and other staff members to develop and implement security protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Corporate Hospitalty Security roles is Essential.
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain training is highly desirable.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and incident reporting.
- Excellent observational skills with a keen eye for detail in identifying potential threats or irregularities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with colleagues, emergency services, and visitors.
- Must be physically fit to to be able to respond quickly when required.
