Experienced Labourer – Residential Projects

Redring Property Services is a family-run building and maintenance company established in 1987. We specialise in high-quality residential refurbishments, extensions, and maintenance works across London.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Labourer to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who already has site experience, understands how a professional site should run, and takes pride in their work.
The Role
You will be working alongside our working foremen and in-house trades across residential renovation and maintenance projects. You will be expected to:
- Keep sites clean, organised and safe
- Assist carpenters, plumbers, electricians, plasterers and decorators
- Load/unload materials and manage deliveries
- Carry out basic labouring tasks independently
- Follow instructions from the foreman and project manager
- Maintain a professional attitude when working in clients’ homes
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a labourer on residential building sites (essential)
- Good understanding of site health & safety
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working
- Able to take direction and work as part of a team
- Well presented and respectful (we work in occupied homes)
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Good spoken English
What We Offer
- £28,000 – £32,000 per year (depending on experience)
- 7:20am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
