We're looking for an enthusiastic Product Genius to join our Polestar team at Glasgow Silverburn, delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping customers explore the future of electric mobility.
As a Product Genius, you'll be the in‑branch expert — guiding customers through our electric vehicle range, explaining features, supporting test drives, and helping them feel confident and excited about the Polestar brand. This role is customer‑experience focused, not sales‑target driven, but you'll work closely with the Sales team to support the full journey from enquiry to handover.
Our training is designed so that no automotive experience is required. With digital learning platforms, interactive webinars and a buddy system, anyone with strong customer service skills and a passion for learning can thrive.
You'll also have opportunities to support Marketing & Events and Business Development.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
