Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Loft Insulation Installer to join our team. You will be responsible for installing loft insulation to a high standard across a variety of domestic property types. The role involves working in occupied homes, therefore professionalism, respect and excellent customer service are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Install loft insulation to a high standard, ensuring all works meet relevant installation and performance requirements.
- Work across various property types, including tenanted and occupied homes, maintaining sensitivity and care when interacting with residents.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a respectful and professional representative of the business at all times.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations, including safe working at height and working in confined spaces.
- Follow installation regulations, specifications, and internal processes to ensure compliance across all completed works.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hazard-free working environment, ensuring protection of customer property and possessions.
- Accurately follow instructions, job sheets and specifications, while being able to work independently when required.
- Support quality assurance processes, including post-installation checks, documentation and reporting.

- Ability to work confidently in confined spaces such as lofts.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills, particularly when dealing with tenants or customers in occupied homes.
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and remain compliant with company and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence and access to own transport.
- Previous experience in insulation, construction or similar trade preferable but not essential, as full training can be provided.
- Willingness to carry out physically demanding work.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
