At Smooth Dimensions Ltd we are seeking a talented and dedicated skin & beauty therapist to provide a comprehensive range of high quality facial, brow and lash treatments ensuring exceptional client satisfaction in a professional, hygienic and welcoming environment.
Duties
- Perform skin Analysis, advanced facials and targeted skincare treatments
- Provide lash & brow treatments including; waxing, tinting, brow lamination & lash Lifts
- Administer facial massage therapies
- Consult with clients to understand needs, assess skin conditions and recommend suitable treatment and products
- Manage client bookings, detailed records and process payments.
- Build strong relationships with clients through personalised service and professional communication
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across treatment areas and equipment
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to ensure the highest standards of service
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Beauty or Facial Therapy (SVQ 2 & 3)
- Proven experience as Beauty/Skin Therapist or similar role.
- Exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for Continuous learning and staying updated on Industry trends
- Training in Hydrafacial and/or Skinpen Microneedling (desired but not required)
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
