Job Summary
SharePoint Technologies Ltd. is looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Service Operations Coordinator to join our team in Leeds.
In this role, you will help coordinate daily service activities, support customers and internal teams, monitor service requests, and ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will play an important part in maintaining service quality, improving communication, and supporting the smooth delivery of technology services.
This opportunity is suitable for someone with experience in customer service, administration, operations, technical support, scheduling, or service coordination who wants to develop a long-term career within a growing technology company.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily service requests, operational tasks, and customer support activities.
- Monitor open service tickets and ensure requests progress within agreed timescales.
- Communicate with customers and provide clear updates on service requests.
- Schedule technical appointments, maintenance activities, and team workloads.
- Work with technical, customer support, sales, and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate service records, customer information, and operational documentation.
- Prepare service reports, updates, and performance information.
- Identify delayed or high-priority requests and escalate them appropriately.
- Assist with customer onboarding and service setup activities.
- Support incident, request, and problem-management processes.
- Help coordinate suppliers, contractors, and external service providers.
- Follow up on outstanding actions and confirm successful completion.
- Identify recurring service issues and suggest practical improvements.
- Support service reviews, team meetings, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Help maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, administration, operations, technical support, scheduling, or a related area is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Customer-focused and solutions-oriented approach.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, databases, and standard business systems.
- Ability to manage several tasks and changing priorities.
- Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and technology services.
- Familiarity with service-management, ticketing, CRM, or scheduling systems is advantageous but not required.
- Qualifications, training, practical experience, and transferable skills will all be considered.

Pay: £2,500.00-£3,500.00 per month
