Skillz4Life Sports Coaching – Aftercare Sports Coach (Hounslow)
Skillz4Life Sports Coaching is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic sports coach to join our growing team, delivering fun, active, and engaging sessions in our aftercare provision in Hounslow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, is confident leading sports and physical activities, and is looking for consistent term-time work in a supportive environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will lead structured and energetic activities for children aged 5–11 as part of our aftercare service. This includes:
- Leading a range of sports sessions and physical games
- Running engaging activities that promote teamwork, confidence, and physical development
- Ensuring children are safe, active, and having fun
- Supporting the smooth running of the aftercare provision
Hours:
- 3:30pm – 5:30pm, term-time only
- Additional hours may become available depending on staff availability and performance.
Holiday Camp Work:
There may be opportunities to work at our multi-sport holiday camps during school breaks , depending on your availability and performance.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum Level 2 sports coaching qualification (or equivalent)
- An enhanced DBS check (must be completed before the start date)
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and multicultural environment
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Reliability, energy, and initiative
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
