Caring Circle Ltd is an established, small, family owned, Domiciliary care company. . Based in Aspley, Nottingham, we provide home care to the elderly, within the surrounding towns and villages. We are seeking a registered Manager ,or Deputy Manager wishing to step up, to oversee the day to day running of the business.
Essential skills and Requirements (Not an exhaustive list):
Leadership & Supervision:
- Lead the care team during scheduled shifts, offering guidance and support.
- Performance management, staff supervisions, staff training.
Quality & Compliance:
- Conduct spot and time checks, care reviews, audits, and compliance monitoring, in relation to both national standards and company policies.
- Support medication audits and care documentation reviews.
-Good Knowledge of CQC regulations and regulatory requirements
Operational Support:
- Assist with rota planning, short-notice cover, and service coordination.
- Support a Management team with achieving KPI's .
- Participate in the on-call rota, supporting out-of-hours queries, unplanned absences, and emergency issues.
Communication:
- Effectively and respectfully communicate with Staff, Clients/families and any engaged outside agencies .
