What you'll be doing
- Preparing exceptional coffee using espresso-based equipment and alternative brewing methods.
- Delivering warm, genuine hospitality to every guest.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety.
- Serving drinks, light food and bakery items with confidence.
- Keeping the coffee station stocked, organised and running efficiently.
- Working closely with the wider front of house team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Contributing ideas to improve service and support the team.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous barista or café experience (preferred but not essential if you're keen to learn).
- Has a genuine passion for speciality coffee and hospitality.
- Is friendly, approachable and enjoys engaging with guests.
- Works well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is reliable, flexible and takes pride in their work.
