- Assist the Store Manager/Owner in supervising daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows

- Oversee merchandising efforts to maintain attractive product displays that maximize sales potential
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies effectively
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for staff members
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure phone etiquette is consistently maintained
- Organize schedules, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet operational deadlines
Requirements
- Proven management or supervisory experience within retail or a related environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and administrative tasks
