Ingleford Scaffolding Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team as a New Build Supervisor. This role will be responsible for overseeing scaffolding operations across new build projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable individual with a strong scaffolding background and previous experience supervising new build projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience supervising scaffolding works essential
- Experience working on new build developments essential
- Relevant CISRS qualification essential
- Strong understanding of scaffolding safety standards and procedures
- Good leadership and organisational skills
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices
- Ability to coordinate teams and manage workloads effectively
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- Good communication skills and ability to liaise with site management
Remuneration:

Key Responsibilities:
The New Build Supervisor will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Supervising scaffolding teams across new build projects
- Coordinating daily scaffolding activities and workloads
- Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with project programmes
- Monitoring the erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding
- Ensuring scaffolding works comply with relevant regulations and company procedures
- Liaising with site management, supervisors, and other trades
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety across sites
- Supporting teams to meet project deadlines and operational requirements
- Reporting any site issues or concerns to management
