At Esquires Coffee, great food is just as important as great coffee. We’re looking for energetic, organised and passionate Food Station Team Members to help us prepare and serve delicious, freshly made food to a consistently high standard.
You’ll be at the heart of our food operation, preparing everything from breakfast and brunch dishes to sandwiches, savoury items and sweet treats while keeping the kitchen and food station organised, clean and ready for service.

What You’ll Do:
· Prepare and assemble a range of breakfast, brunch, savoury and sweet menu items to Esquires standards.
· Follow recipes, portion guides and presentation standards to ensure consistency.
· Manage food orders efficiently during busy service periods.
· Keep the food preparation area clean, organised and fully stocked.
· Follow food hygiene, allergen and food safety procedures at all times.
· Monitor stock levels, freshness, labelling and food rotation.
· Keep food displays looking fresh, enticing and fully stocked.
· Work closely with the barista and front-of-house team to provide quick and efficient service.
· Support customers and the wider store team whenever required.
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in a café, kitchen, food preparation or quick-service environment is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
· A genuine interest in food and producing dishes you can be proud of.
· Someone who is organised and able to stay calm during busy periods.
· Great attention to detail, cleanliness and presentation.
· An understanding of food hygiene and allergens is beneficial, although training will be provided.
· A positive attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
· A team player who enjoys working in a hands-on environment.
