PureClean Solutions is a fast-growing commercial cleaning and facilities management company based in Leeds, delivering services nationwide. We provide everything from commercial and residential window cleaning to high-level cleaning, gutter cleaning, construction cleans, contract cleaning, and specialist soft services.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated, hands-on Facilites Manager / Window Cleaning Team Leader to join our team.
This is not a desk-based role. The successful candidate will be actively involved in delivering services, managing teams, maintaining client relationships, and supporting operational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and managing window cleaning operatives on-site or cleaners if required on projects.
- Carrying out commercial and residential window cleaning using both traditional and water-fed pole methods
- Undertaking gutter cleaning, high-level cleaning, pressure washing, and specialist cleaning services
- Assisting with site surveys, quotations, and project planning
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Completing site paperwork, inspections, and quality checks
- Supporting operational requirements across the UK when required
- Assisting with up keep of company warehouse, vehicles and equipment checks
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (held for a minimum of 4 years and less than 6 points)
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Minimum 3-5 years' window cleaning experience
- Experience with both traditional and reach-and-wash window cleaning methods
- Comfortable working at height and using ladders
- Professional, presentable, and customer-focused approach
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude

Working Hours
General working hours will be between 6-7:30am Monday-Friday with one saturday per month.
Flexibility is essential as occasional day shifts, night shifts, and weekend work may be required to meet client and business needs.
