We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Safer Communities Team and play a key role in Fife Council's approach to tackling antisocial behaviour. This opportunity focuses on supporting residents affected by private space antisocial behaviour.
As a Safer Communities Officer, you will be the first point of contact for residents experiencing neighbour disputes and antisocial behaviour within private domestic settings. You will work closely with complainants, alleged perpetrators, colleagues and partner agencies to investigate complaints, gather evidence, resolve disputes and support communities. The post on offer is “Rota 4”, working daytime Monday to Friday (Tuesday to Saturday 1 in 4)
You will take ownership of a designated geographical area while also supporting Fife-wide priorities when required. The aim of the role is to intervene early, prevent escalation and achieve sustainable outcomes for the people affected by antisocial behaviour.
