We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team for an immediate start on fire door projects in and around Birmingham.
Essential Requirements:
- SMSTS qualification (essential).
- Proven experience managing fire door installation projects.
- Strong understanding of fire door compliance, installation standards, and quality requirements.
- IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office, email, tablets, and site reporting software.
- Competent in planning works, coordinating labour, and managing subcontractors.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Experience carrying out quality inspections and snagging.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations.
- Supervising fire door installation teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standard.
- Liaising with clients, site management, and the project management team.
- Producing daily reports, progress updates, and quality records.
- Ensuring all fire door installations comply with relevant standards and manufacturer requirements.
