Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to health and safety standards
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly to uphold cleanliness standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance needs
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures efficiently to meet operational deadlines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus but not required; training will be provided
