Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Hotel Staff to join our team for night and morning shifts in. This role is vital in ensuring our guests experience a welcoming, clean, and secure environment around the clock. As a Hotel Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for guests during your shift, providing exceptional service while maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the hotel premises. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable stays for our guests and uphold our high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during your shift
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces in accordance with hotel standards
- Monitor security throughout the property, ensuring safety protocols are followed and reporting any suspicious activity or incidents promptly
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally to ensure a positive experience
- Perform janitorial duties such as cleaning lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and other designated areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions and effective communication across departments
Skills
- Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles, demonstrating attention to detail and efficiency
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
- Flexibility to work night shifts, early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and security protocols within a hospitality setting

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
