The Opportunity
In this 6 month fixed term contract role you will be responsible for supporting the successful end-to-end delivery of projects within the Operational Governance team, helping to ensure delivery against agreed time, cost and quality objectives. Working closely with Project Managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, the role provides coordination and administrative support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial site survey and mobilisation through to implementation, handover and transition into support.
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining project governance, tracking milestones, managing project data and documentation, and ensuring delivery activities are planned and executed efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the end-to-end delivery of Indoor Small Cell (IDSC) projects, ensuring milestones, dependencies and deliverables are tracked and achieved.
- Coordinating project mobilisation and kick-off activities, capturing scope, commercial requirements, risks and key dependencies.
- Arranging site access, outages and surveys to keep projects progressing efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate project records, site information and reporting within Monday.com and other project systems.
- Raising and coordinating outages in line with operational and delivery requirements.
- Producing bills of materials and coordinating material orders and logistics.
- Supporting procurement activities, including purchase orders and goods receipting.
- Monitoring project milestones, forecasts and delivery performance, escalating risks where required.
- Managing change control processes and maintaining associated documentation.
- Sourcing circuit quotations and supporting successful project handovers.
- Coordinating decommissioning activities, supplier engagement and end-of-life processes.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure delivery is on time and aligned with agreed processes.
- Supporting supplier management through meeting coordination, action tracking and follow-up activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO or project support role, supporting projects from initiation through to delivery.
- Experience tracking project milestones, actions, risks and dependencies.
- Confident coordinating suppliers, contractors and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, with experience maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Monday.com.
- Telecommunications, infrastructure, engineering or technology sector experience is desirable.
