About the role
Team Peak is looking for a Sports Massage Therapist to join us in a secure, full-time employed position.
This is not a rent-a-room, self-employed, beauty or spa role.
You will step into an established system where your diary is supported, you do not need to bring your own clients and you work as part of a team rather than in isolation.
A five-year pathway from Foundation to Senior Therapist
You will follow a structured five-year coaching and development pathway, progressing from Foundation to Advanced and Senior Therapist.
Your development will include:
- Functional anatomy and common MSK presentations
- Palpation and hands-on treatment skills
- Myofascial and soft-tissue techniques
- Understanding what to treat and why
- Clear client communication
- Reviewing progress and adapting care
- Working effectively within shorter appointments
- Building a long-term client list
You will receive structured onboarding, weekly training, practical coaching, observation and direct feedback as part of your working week.
You do not need to arrive as the finished therapist. You do need to be open to coaching, willing to practise and serious about improving.
The five-year pathway is not the end point. It is the foundation of a long-term career with greater responsibility, earning potential, mentoring and leadership opportunities beyond it.
What you will get
You will start on a guaranteed salary of £27,000, with no reliance on “good weeks” to earn.
You will also receive a supported client list, no room rental, no need to build from scratch, ongoing development and clear progression through Foundation, Advanced and Senior levels.
You can focus on becoming a better therapist instead of worrying about cancellations, empty diary spaces or where your next booking will come from.

Working hours and locations
You will work regularly across:
- Stoke-on-Trent
- Leek
- Ashbourne
You must live within approximately 40 minutes’ drive of every clinic location and have reliable access to your own transport.
The rota includes:
- Early shifts: 5:30am–1:00pm
- Late shifts: 1:00pm–8:30pm
You must be able to commit reliably to all three locations, early starts and late finishes.
Requirements
You must:
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Sports Massage or Massage qualification or above
- Be eligible to work in the United Kingdom
- Be able to work full-time
- Be able to travel reliably across all three clinics
- Be able to work both early and late shifts
Higher-level qualifications, including Level 4, Level 5 or relevant degree-level study, are an advantage.
Newly qualified and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
