Inbound Sales & Customer Service Adviser - Immediate Start / Full Time
Sociable Working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with no evenings or weekends!
** In order to apply for this position, you must have at least 2 years experience in inbound sales as THIS IS ESSENTIAL for this role**
Inbound telephone sales & customer service role for a well established & busy online commercial refrigeration and catering equipment distributor. Located in Barwell.
Role includes handling inbound pre-qualified customers in terms of product selection and advice, quotes and key account management. Also liaising with manufacturers and customers to progress sale.
The ideal candidate should have a confident and professional telephone manner along with a previous proven track record in a similar role. Industry experience is preferential but not essential as full training will be given including but not limited to product training, sales training and IT system training.
Salary negotiable based on experience and proven track record. Possibility of additional commission for the right candidate.
