We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing and Events Assistant to join our team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in delivering effective promotional campaigns for WORKTECH’s global events to meet the company’s targets and contribute to the wider marketing operation. They will also play a key role in managing delegate bookings and communications, while supporting the Event Logistics team to help deliver seamless event experiences and bring WORKTECH’s events to life.
This position is suitable for someone in the early stages of their career, or a graduate interested in marketing and events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of event promotional campaigns through microsite management, social media, digital content creation, event collateral, sponsor and speaker promotional materials.
- Managing all aspects of delegate registration and communication, including customer enquiries, event bookings, Salesforce administration, and on-site registration and badge management at events.
- Assisting with logistical planning, production of event materials, on-site operations, and post-event reporting and data management.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in marketing (professional or voluntary)
- Basic understanding of marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrable attention to detail
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of social media
- Basic design skills and experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop or Canva
- Experience with a CMS system (desirable)
- Experience of working with a CRM (desirable)
- Basic filming and video editing skills (Adobe Premiere) (desirable)

Benefits Include:
- Salary package: £27k - £30k pa including bonus and depending on experience
- 32 days holiday per annum (incl. Bank Holidays) rising to 37 linked to length of service
