Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated GP Practice Lead Nurse to oversee clinical operations within our general practice setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the nursing, HCA, and care coordinator teams
- Act as Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Lead
- Oversee chronic disease management and QOF performance
- Develop nursing protocols and lead service improvements
- Deliver clinical care including diabetes, COPD, asthma, hypertension management, immunisations, cervical screening, and NHS Health Checks
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse qualification recognised within the UK (NMC registration).
- Proven experience in GP Medical Practice
Pay: £25.00-£35.00 per hour
