Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Drive sales while controlling labour, waste, and operational costs.
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Ensure stock levels, ordering, and inventory are managed effectively.
- Create a positive, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a food service or hospitality setting.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Previous experience in restaurant or café environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Good understanding of food production processes and kitchen operations.
- Experience in serving customers in a hospitality context is advantageous.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, including barista experience, is beneficial.
- Exceptional organisational skills coupled with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
