To be considered, you do not need direct experience. However, you need to demonstrate a background in either some sort of face-to-face sales environment, or physical customer services. This will need to be combined with the drive, desire, and self-motivation to learn and succeed.
Candidates will need to be confident dealing with customers, possess strong communication, numeracy, and IT skills. You’ll also need a full driving licence (ideally without excess penalty points) and be smartly presented.
This is a great opening. You’ll be joining a successful motor group, and receive relevant systems, products, and processes (including Financial Conduct Authority accreditation) training. If you’re committed to putting in all the necessary effort, you’ll soon be well on your way to becoming a fully self-sufficient Executive.
