Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Safely operate your own vehicle to complete delivery routes in a timely manner.
- Load, unload, and secure packages or goods, often involving heavy lifting and warehouse experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients, dispatchers, and team members to confirm delivery details and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure safe transportation.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and documentation required for self-employment compliance.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
- Manage multiple deliveries efficiently while providing excellent customer service at each stop.
Requirements
- Proven delivery driver experience with a strong understanding of commercial driving standards.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; driver certification is preferred.
- Experience in warehouse operations or handling heavy lifting is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to navigate using GPS or mapping tools efficiently across different routes.
- Reliable vehicle that meets safety standards for commercial use; insured and well-maintained.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a self-directed environment.
