Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods in a timely manner while adhering to delivery schedules. The role involves heavy lifting and driving a commercial van.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver goods to customers
- Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided
- Perform warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence with a clean record
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is advantageous
- Commercial driving experience is preferred
