Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor and Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing staff, ensuring exceptional food quality and safety standards, and delivering outstanding customer service. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of service staff, ensuring smooth operations
- Assist in managing staff schedules, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas of the establishment
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and hospitality experience
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist with administrative tasks including reporting, record keeping, and operational planning
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
- Experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous
- Excellent leadership qualities combined with organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a professional attitude towards hospitality service
