Bakery & TikTok Sales Operative
Start Time: Whilst training 7.45am then move onto shifts 6am-12pm or 12pm-6pm
Working Days: Monday–Sunday, with 2 days off per week
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bakery & TikTok Sales Operative to join our friendly, fast-paced team.
This is a dual role that involves both bakery production and TikTok live sales. When baking, decorating, or packing work is required, you will be supporting the bakery team. During quieter bakery periods, you will be expected to assist with TikTok Live presenting, selling products, engaging with customers, and supporting online orders.
No experience is required, as full training will be provided. However, you must be confident, friendly, able to multi-task, and willing to appear on TikTok Live as part of the role.
This position offers progression opportunities for the right candidate, with the potential to grow into a Weekend Supervisor role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing ingredients, including chopping, weighing, and chocolate work
- Baking, decorating, and packing products
- Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
- Safely operating bakery equipment, including mixers and ovens
- Presenting and assisting on TikTok Live sales sessions
- Engaging with customers during live sessions in a friendly and confident manner
- Packing TikTok and online customer orders
- Supporting social media content creation
- Multi-tasking across bakery production, packing, live sales, and customer orders
- Lifting and moving stock up to 25kg
- Helping wherever needed across both bakery production and online sales
