As a TC Harrison Ford Sales Executive, you’ll take care of all car enquiry leads, drive the sales process and deliver a flawless service from the initial meet and greet through to handover of the vehicle.
What does the role of Used Car Sales Executive involve?
- Create great experiences for our customers, from the moment they make initial contact; to helping them discover their perfect vehicle; to the day they drive away their highly anticipated new car
- Live and breathe the brand, we've been doing this for 90 years and you'll be expected to bring a sense of excitement to their car purchase.
- Become a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised
- Deliver not just a car but a complete, unique package to help your customers make the most of their purchase, upselling of accessories, extended warranty and finance packages
What qualities do I need to succeed in the Used Car Sales Executive role?
- Be dedicated to flawless customer service, with experience of creating great moments for customers although this doesn't necessarily need to be in car sales
- Enthusiasm, drive and motivation to consistently achieve fantastic results.
- Confidence and experience with computer systems, and a full UK driving licence – you’ll have the opportunity to drive a huge range of thrilling vehicles.
- You'll have retail sales experience and looking for your next exciting challenge.
