B M Howarth Ltd is a growing firm of Chartered Accountants based in Halifax. We are looking for a Qualified accountant or Part-Qualified accountant to join our accounts team.

As an Accounts Senior, you'll be responsible for preparing year-end and management accounts alongside VAT returns and tax computations.
You'll work directly with clients, identify planning opportunities and help ensure work is completed accurately, compliantly and within agreed deadlines.
Preparing year-end accounts
Preparing management accounts
Completing VAT returns
Completing tax computations
Liaising directly with clients
Identifying planning opportunities
Maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
Managing your workload to meet multiple deadlines
To be considered for this role, you must:
Be Qualified AAT, MAAR or Part-Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA
Have strong attention to detail
Have strong communication skills
Be able to manage multiple deadlines effectively
Have a professional and adaptable approach
Work effectively as part of a team
Be able to work on-site in Halifax

This is a full-time, permanent position based on-site in Halifax.
Working from home is not available for this role.
