About the Venue:
22 Bishopsgate, one of London's most iconic workplace locations in the heart of the City, features The Market as its central food and beverage hub spanning 20,000 square feet on the second floor.
Operated exclusively by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, The Market brings together artisanal coffee from The Gentlemen Baristas, diverse culinary options including the Market Kitchen brasserie and rotating food stalls, and vibrant bars like On Tap wine bar.
Role Purpose:
We’re seeking a hands-on hospitality professional to help deliver our diverse portfolio of events and on-floor catering at this prestigious London venue. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and events, this role is for you!
What we're looking for
A proactive and detail-oriented Catering Assistant with a passion for delivery, strong organisational skills, and the ability to support and contribute to a high-performing events team.
Hospitality experience is strongly desired.
What you'll be doing

Assist in the delivery of on-floor catering, quality events, ensuring client expectations are consistently met and exceeded

Take a hands-on approach to hospitality & event delivery, supporting senior team members on the floor

Participate in structured briefings and pre-event meetings to ensure full event readiness

Adhere to standard operating procedures and maintain exceptional service standards at all times

Collaborate with internal departments to support where required
Good to know
This hourly contract offers around 20-25 hours per week with flexible shifts to suit business needs. The role pays up to £14.80 per hour and provides a great opportunity to develop within a supportive team.
