About Us
We are one of the UK's fastest-growing property-investment education businesses. Our core funnel is webinar-led: paid social drives registrations to live webinars, attendees buy tickets to our flagship live event, and event attendees join our Academy. Around it sits a full marketing operation — email and database campaigns, organic social, YouTube, and a constant stream of new projects. Marketing is the engine of this business, and this role keeps that engine running every single day.
The Role
You will manage and execute our marketing across every channel — not just ads. Paid social is the core engine, but the role covers the whole operation: email campaigns to a large and growing database, organic social, YouTube, landing pages, event promotion, and new projects such as Google PPC. You will plan the work, do the work, and manage the people and freelancers who help you do it.
Two things matter equally here. You can manage — you have run marketers, freelancers or agencies, set standards and been accountable for results through other people. And you can execute — when something needs building, writing, launching or fixing, you do it yourself rather than waiting for someone else. If you can only do one of those two things, this is not your role.
What You'll Own
- All channels — Campaign management across Meta ads, email, organic social and YouTube — planned, launched, measured and reported weekly
- Content & creative — The creative and content pipeline: briefing designers, editors and UGC creators, writing copy yourself when needed, and keeping tests shipping every week
- Email & database — Campaigns, automations and lifecycle flows — webinar promotion, show-up sequences, event follow-up, database reactivation
- Funnel — Registration pages and the ad-to-webinar journey; landing pages built, tested and improved
- New projects — New channel experiments (Google PPC first) taken from idea to launched and measured, with clear budgets and kill/scale criteria
- People — The day-to-day management of freelancers, agencies and junior marketers — briefs, deadlines, standards, feedback
- Reporting — Channel-level numbers: registration cost, cost per attendee, email performance, organic growth — one weekly report the leadership team can trust
What Good Looks Like
- Every channel active and accountable — nothing running on autopilot, nothing stalled waiting for a decision
- 5,000 webinar registrations per month at £15 or less, with email and organic adding meaningful non-paid volume
- Projects finished: launched, measured, and reported — not started and abandoned
- Freelancers and team members delivering on time to a standard you set and enforce
What We're Looking For
- Essential — 4+ years in marketing across multiple channels — paid social plus at least two of: email/CRM, organic social, YouTube/content, PPC
- Essential — Management experience — you have managed marketers, freelancers or agency relationships and been accountable for what they produced
- Essential — An executor's track record: campaigns you personally built and launched, copy you wrote, pages you shipped — and the results they got
- Essential — Direct-response instincts: you judge marketing by leads, registrations and revenue, not impressions
- Essential — Organised and fast: multiple campaigns in flight at once without dropping any
- Bonus — Webinar funnels, HYROS or similar attribution, education/coaching niche, Canva/Figma, HubSpot
