The Role:
- Develop new business opportunities with engineering and technology companies
- Recruit specialist professionals across Mechanical Design, Electronics, Embedded Software, Robotics and Space Technology
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing through to offer negotiation and placement
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates while becoming a recognised expert within your market
The Requirements:
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales (preferred, not essential)
- A recent graduate with strong communication skills
- Ambition, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A natural relationship builder with a proactive approach to work
- Strong track record of achievement (academics, sports, societies, part-time work etc)
