Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Transactional Finance Manager specializing in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Treasury functions. Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline the end-to-end processes of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Manage treasury operations including cash management, banking relationships, and liquidity forecasting to support organizational financial health.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations across all transactional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, improve workflows, and implement best practices in financial operations.
- Monitor cash flow positions daily, prepare reports for senior management, and assist in treasury planning and risk management strategies.
- Lead efforts to automate and optimize transactional processes using financial technology tools, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions, audits, and reconciliations to support transparency and accountability.
- Look after a team of approx 11 (direct and indirect reports) - people management is key as there is a range of graduates and seasoned finance professionals in the team.
Experience
- Proven experience leading AP/AR/Treasury
- Strong knowledge of AP/AR processes, treasury functions, and understanding of billing compliance
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners such as banks and auditors.
- Familiarity with D365 would be helpful
