A world renowned, private members golf club offering superb 5-star facilities and service in beautiful green surroundings, 6 minutes from the M25.
We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in a prestigious environment.
The club operates seven days a week and the position requires five shifts per week on a rota basis including morning, afternoon and weekend shifts.
Due to the location you will require your own transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest bedrooms, suites, and bathrooms to 5-star standards.
- Ensure all public areas are maintained to an exceptional level of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change bed linen, replenish amenities, and prepare rooms for arriving guests.
- Report maintenance issues, lost property, and any guest concerns promptly.
- Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and storage areas in a clean and organised manner.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping experience within a luxury hotel, resort, private members' club, or high-end hospitality environment is desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
- A positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- A strong work ethic and pride in delivering excellence.
Pay: From £31,000.00 per year
