Job Summary
At Dutch Barn Vodka, we believe great customer service is just as important as great vodka.
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys helping people. You’ll be the friendly voice of the brand, making sure every customer has a brilliant experience, whether they’re asking a quick question, chasing an order or need help resolving an issue.
You’ll be working closely with the wider team and our delivery partners to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing
* Responding to customer enquiries across email, phone and other channels.
* Helping customers with orders, deliveries, returns and general product questions.
* Investigating delivery issues and liaising with courier partners to provide updates and resolutions.
* Processing refunds, replacements and returns where required.
* Keeping customer records and internal systems up to date.
* Identifying recurring issues and feeding back ideas to improve the customer experience.
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks and general office operations.
* Pitching in wherever needed - we’re a small team, so everyone gets stuck in.
We’re looking for someone who
* Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions.
* Can stay calm and organised when juggling multiple priorities.
* Has great attention to detail.
* Is confident using email, spreadsheets and standard office software.
* Works well independently but enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
* Has previous customer service or office administration experience (preferred but not essential).
