Inspections
Inventories
Check Outs
Coordinating move ins
Viewings
General office admin
Who are we looking for? Our ideal candidate would have the following skills –
Previous experience in lettings or a property related role is needed, although full in house training will be provided
Driven and wanting to exceed expectations
Excellent communication and customer skills
Confident and outgoing
Team player but also confident to work on their own
Positive, can-do attitude
There will be a fair bit of travelling between appointments, so the candidate will need to be a confident driver.
Inspections, Inventories and Check Outs are carried out on specific software on an iPAD, so a good understanding of technology is crucial
Salary & Working Hours...
Immediate / flexible start
£26,000 P/A
Additional Commission structure
£185 PCM expenses paid
Fast tag for Liverpool appointments
Week 1 - Monday – Friday
Week 2 – Monday – Saturday (lieu day in the week)
28 days holiday including bank holidays
We are currently trailing 8.30 -5pm Monday to Friday but this might revert to 9am – 5.30 pm, so the applicant must be flexible
Saturday is 9am -4pm
Location - Working out of our Neston office, but mainly out of the office during the day

Full UK driving licence
