Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to identify new sales opportunities.
Follow up on warm leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Research prospective clients to understand their business needs.
Build a consistent sales pipeline to meet monthly targets
Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to each customer.
Overcome customer objections using advanced negotiation techniques.
Close sales deals effectively over the telephone.
Manage customer accounts to encourage repeat business
Skills and Experience
A passion for and experience in delivering fantastic customer service
Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position
Have an interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry
Good communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve
Knowledge of SOP systems
To be result driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets
