Job Description:
As a Joiner at James Donaldson Limited you will be responsible for crafting and assembling wood components to create high-quality joinery products. You will work on a variety of projects, from custom furniture to architectural installations. Attention to detail and the ability to interpret plans are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate experience as a joiner or carpenter.
* Proficiency in using joinery tools and equipment.
* Valid driver's license preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong understanding of architectural plans and specifications.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
* Measure, cut, and shape wood components.
* Assemble joinery products, ensuring precision and quality.
* Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
* Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
* Continuously improve joinery techniques and stay updated on industry trends.
