Learning and Development Business Partner ( Education )
Essential experience of working in learning and development in the education sector.
To join our dedicated Talent and Development team. This is a key role supporting our and education division, helping to build staff capability, promote progression, and ensure training compliance across our diverse workforce.

Partnering with managers across education and therapy teams to identify and respond to learning needs

Supporting induction, mandatory training, and ongoing professional development initiatives

Administering our Learning Management System (LMS) – managing training records, bookings, and reporting

Coordinating apprenticeship programmes and liaising with external training providers

Designing and delivering engaging learning content and workshops

Evaluating training impact and contributing to compliance audits and internal reporting

Experience in a learning and development role – ideally in education

Strong organisational and admin skills, including LMS experience

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Understanding of apprenticeship pathways and professional development routes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in a digital-first environment

A collaborative, proactive mindset with a genuine passion for helping others grow

CIPD Level 5 or working towards

Knowledge of Ofsted frameworks

Experience supporting apprenticeship levy-funded training
