Created in 2014 in Mayfair, Central London, Ristorante Frescobaldi is the first standalone restaurant and bar in the UK to bring together over 700 years of Italian winemaking heritage from the Frescobaldi family. ROLE OVERVIEW
· We are looking for an experienced and passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering high-quality, attentive service in a relaxed yet detail-focused environment, ensuring every guest feels valued and well looked after.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
· Deliver attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests
· Guide guests through the menu with confidence, including specials and wine recommendations
· Take accurate orders and ensure timely, well-coordinated service
· Maintain excellent table presentation and cleanliness throughout service
· Pay close attention to detail, ensuring a seamless guest experience
· Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service
· Handle guest feedback calmly and professionally
· Work collaboratively with management, kitchen and bar teams
· Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role in a quality restaurant environment
· Strong understanding of service standards and guest care
· Interest in Italian cuisine and wine (training can be provided)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Positive attitude, reliability, and strong team spirit
· Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
· Flexibility to work double shift, evenings, weekends
· Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
