The Service Remedials Coordinator is responsible for converting service remedials, deficiencies, and upgrade opportunities into confirmed orders. The role exists to actively manage, price, issue, and chase remedial and upgrade quotations, improving conversion rates, increasing service revenue, and freeing up coordinators and contracts teams to focus on delivery and customer responsiveness.
This is a commercially focused, process-driven internal role working closely with engineers, service coordinators, and contracts managers.
Main duties/key tasks/key result areas
Quotation & Opportunity Management
- Prepare, issue, and manage quotations for service remedials, deficiencies, upgrades, and small projects
- Proactively follow up quotations to maximise conversion rates and close opportunities
- Engage with customers to clarify scope, pricing, and commercial queries
- Maintain accurate records of all quotations, activity, and outcomes within Salesforce
Revenue & Performance
- Actively drive and improve conversion of quoted remedial works
- Support generation of significant incremental service revenue
- Prioritise opportunities based on value, probability, and customer urgency
Internal Coordination
- Liaise closely with Service Engineers to understand identified deficiencies and remedial scopes
- Reduce administrative and commercial burden on operational teams through ownership of remedial quotation activity
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date data within Salesforce CRM
- Track quotation status, conversion rates, and pipeline performance
- Support management reporting with clear visibility of opportunities and outcomes
Customer Experience
- Provide a professional, responsive, and commercially confident interface to customers
- Support Halton’s service brand through clear communication, follow-up, and reliability
- Build trusted relationships with repeat service customers

Experience/Qualifications
Essential
· 2+ years working in an sales administrative role
· Experience working within a busy service/ logistics environment
· IT Literate: MS Office and database operation.

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
