About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant and a Paralegal to join a leading law firm, renowned for its expertise in residential property law. In this role, you will be entrusted with supporting a senior fee earner with their caseload, dealing with residential property transactions from start to finish, and playing an active part in the teams success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support on a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Handle all aspects of the transaction process, including drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, agents, and third parties, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Ensure all deadlines are met and transactions are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Work towards achieving team targets, while maintaining the firm's high service standards.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in residential property law.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
