Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to £28,000
40 hours per week, All Year Round

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
- Ability to support children’s development and daily routines confidently
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
What You’ll Do
- Deliver care and education in line with EYFS requirements
- Support children’s development through planned and free-play activities
- Complete observations and contribute to learning plans and next steps
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised room environment
- Build professional relationships with parents and provide updates
- Work with colleagues to maintain consistent standards across the nursery
