C&L TM Division is a growing traffic management company committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients across the region. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to join our commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
The Role
As a Commercial Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day commercial operations of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring quotations, invoices and commercial documentation are processed accurately and efficiently while providing administrative support to the wider team.
Working closely with colleagues, clients and suppliers, you will help ensure commercial processes run smoothly and deadlines are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and issuing quotations and invoices accurately and promptly.
- Tracking payments and assisting with weekly commercial reporting.
- Maintaining accurate commercial records, databases and documentation.
- Supporting the commercial team with general administrative duties.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal departments to ensure work progresses efficiently.
- Updating spreadsheets and commercial systems to maintain accurate data.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and other commercial documentation.
- Ensuring all work is completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or commercial administration role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines.
- A high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and spreadsheets.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
