Duties
- Perform commercial cleaning duties across various areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect surfaces, and empty trash receptacles regularly
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for all staff and visitors
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Maintain a consistent cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are kept spotless throughout the day
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and reliability in completing assigned tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety standards
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
