Breaking Brands is looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant Manager to join our management team, at our new concept Molly Malones the vibrant Irish party pub in Swansea
This is a hands-on position in a busy, in lively entertainment with a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will support the General Manager and help ensure every shift runs smoothly, safely and profitably.
Main responsibilities
- Running shifts and leading the team
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Training, supporting and motivating staff
- Managing cash, stock and closing procedures
- Helping achieve sales and performance targets
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Handling customer issues professionally
- Ensuring licensing, health and safety procedures are followed
- Supporting events, promotions and entertainment nights
What we’re looking for
- Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality
- A confident and positive leadership style
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced late-night environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- A Personal Licence is preferred but not essential
