At Stoke by Nayland Resort, we're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our Sports Bar kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy operation serving fresh, quality dishes to golfers, members, hotel guests and visitors in a relaxed and vibrant setting.

What You'll Be Doing
- Running your own kitchen section confidently and efficiently during busy service periods
- Supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef in delivering consistently high-quality food
- Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to specification while maintaining excellent presentation
- Assisting with the development of new menu items, daily specials and seasonal dishes
- Ensuring all food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures are followed at all times
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an excellent guest experience
- Contributing to a positive, professional and supportive working environment
What We're Looking For
- An established Chef de Partie or an ambitious Demi Chef de Partie ready to progress
- Passion for producing fresh, quality food in a busy kitchen environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing consistently high standards
- A positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, flexibility and a willingness to support colleagues when needed
- Previous experience in a busy pub, sports bar, hotel or restaurant kitchen is desirable
