Location: Candy’s Cupcakes, Ashton-under-Lyne OL6 (on-site only)
Position Type: Full Time/ Part Time/ Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am-4pm and Sunday 9:00am to 4:00 pm.
We are excited to welcome dynamic and engaging individuals to join our team at Candy's Cupcakes as TikTok Shop Live presenters. As the face of our brand on TikTok Shop, you will play a crucial role in expanding our online presence, showcasing and demonstrating our delightful cupcakes and baked treats, and generating sales through TikTok Shop Live.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Presenting & Livestreaming: As our TikTok Shop Live presenter, you will host our brand's live streaming channel on TikTok daily, sharing your enthusiasm for our Cakes-in-a-Jar and other delicious baked treats. You will engage with our viewers, promote our products, provide insights into the flavours and baked goods we offer, and pack orders.
Sales Focus: Being sales-oriented, you will use your charm, product knowledge, and innovative presentation skills to entice viewers and convert them into customers. Your ability to showcase our products in an enticing, energetic and persuasive manner will be critical to driving sales on the TikTok Shop platform.
Order Processing & Packing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accurate documentation before packing for dispatch.
Presenter Support: Ensuring the set is fully stocked, packaging is prepared, moderating the live comments and amending live billboards.
Creating TikTok Videos: You will be required to appear in short TikTok videos for promotional purposes. These videos will feature our best sellers and any other products we offer, and sometimes just for fun.
REQUIREMENTS
Due to TikTok's policy, the applicant strictly needs to be over 18 years old.
Confident Presenter: We seek a candidate who exudes confidence and comfort in front of the camera. You will be one of the stars of our TikTok channel, and your charisma will be essential to captivate our audience and make sales. Previous experience in sales is an advantage.
Excellent Communication: A talkative and expressive individual with excellent communication skills will excel in this role. Your ability to engage with viewers and create a sense of excitement about our products is crucial.
TikTok Experience: An excellent understanding of TikTok and TikTok Shop Live would be an advantage.
Passion for Cake: A passion for cakes and baked goods is essential. Your genuine love for our products will shine through in your livestreams.

If you are successful in the telephone interview, you will be invited to Candy's Cupcakes to do a TikTok Live trial for a couple of hours.
